Tap two matching tiles to remove them. You can only pick a tile that is free: nothing on top of it, and at least one side (left or right) open. Blocked tiles are shaded. Any flower matches any flower, and any season matches any season.
The buttons at the bottom of the board show how many you have left for this level. Hint lights up a pair you can take. Shuffle rearranges the tiles that are left when you run out of moves. You cannot undo past a shuffle.
Every board can be cleared, but some move orders lead to a dead end. When that happens you can shuffle (if you have one left), undo back to an earlier point, or give up and try the level again. Very rarely a shuffle can't help, for example when the last two tiles sit on top of each other. Undo always works.

Everyone plays the same board each day. A new one starts at midnight UTC. Solve it on consecutive days to build your streak.
Your progress is saved on your device, and a level in progress is kept when you go back to Home. Deleting the app deletes your progress.
